We understand that running is a full body sport and your entire system has to be ready to train. We perform a full body evaluation, examining your joint's range of motion and mobility, muscular flexibility and strength, overall core/hip/shoulder stability, balance, shoes, and running style and technique.
Additionally, we perform a treadmill based "Biomechanical Running Analysis" where we record the client running and then analyze joint angles, form, and technique. Each runner then receives a comprehensive "Running Report" based on their analysis.
Based on ALL of this information, we craft a physical therapy plan and program that is specifically tailored to your running strengths and weaknesses.

Biomechanical Running Analysis is an incredible tool for identifying asymmetries and weaknesses in running technique.
We begin the analysis with a full body screen, examining mobility, flexibility, stability and strength. Our runner is then recorded running at multiple speeds, from four different angles. After the session we utilize movement analysis software to visualize, assess and critique running form. Runner’s then receive a detailed "Running Report", that includes all of the analysis findings, as well as recommendations for training!
*This may be done as an add on to current PT program or performed as a stand alone service.
