Schedule your annual musculoskeletal wellness visit to ensure continued muscle and joint health and identify areas to train and focus on for the year to come. This visit contains: full body range of motion and joint mobility testing, full body strength and stability testing, functional mobility assessment, gait evaluation, balance assessment. Patients will receive a written report and customized exercises and stretches following their wellness check.

Biomechanical Running Analysis is an incredible tool for identifying asymmetries and weaknesses in running technique. This is useful for all runners, those who are injury free or in recovery. We begin the analysis with a full body “Runner’s Readiness Assessment” screen, examining mobility, flexibility, stability and strength. Our runner is then recorded running at multiple speeds, from four different angles. After the session we utilize movement analysis software to visualize, assess and critique running form. Runner’s then receive a detailed "Running Report", that includes all of the analysis findings, as well as recommendations for training!

MLD is a gentle hands on treatment that stimulates and boosts the lymphatic system to improve its function. MLD promotes body detoxification and may reduce inflammation and swelling, enhance self healing, improve stress levels and reduce pain.
MLD- FULL BODY MLD, $160: 50 minute treatment that focuses on the entire body. (Face not included). Patient can request more time spent on upper or lower body.*
MLD- FOR RUNNERS, $160.00: 50 minute treatment focuses more time on lower body than upper body (face not included). Excellent after long runs or half and full marathons!
MLD- FACE ADD-ON, $35.00: 10 minute treatment that you can add on to your full body or runner’s MLD. These extra 10 minutes will focus only on the face, head, and neck. Helpful for facial inflammation, sinus issues, allergies, and more.
Video based, 40 minute PT sessions live with your physical therapist. Participate in PT guided therapeutic exercise and neuro re-ed with real-time feedback on form and exercise performance.
Schedule a live or virtual desk evaluation and receive individualized desk set up recommendations and a "do-at-your-desk" daily exercise program.
